Automatic lumber stacker is used for sorting and stacking wood boards automatically after cutting machine, it includes wood boards feeding machine,automatic sorting and crosser placing machine,automatic stacking machine and wood tower conveyor.

Automatic Lumber Stacker
The automatic lumber stacker features automatic sorting and palletizing of wooden boards, and is suitable for production workflows involving manual or automatic feeding, as well as manual or automatic unloading. Operation is controlled via a touchscreen interface, making it simple and easy to learn. The equipment is characterized by its overall safety, stability, high efficiency, and user-friendly operation.
The Automatic Feeding Rotary Section delivers timber to the transport platform by means of fixtures. Subsequently, the Timber Sorting Platform automatically aligns the trays in neat order and fits dividers. The Timber Stacking Section conveys timber to the designated position and carries out hydraulic lifting palletizing. Once palletizing is finished, the stacked load is transferred to the Finished Stacked Timber Storage Area, which has a capacity for 2 to 3 pallets.
