Product Usage and Features of Timber Package Trimming Saw

The hydraulic double-sided trimming saw consists of a machine base, a workpiece platform, a hydraulic clamping system, main saw heads, a hydraulic power unit, and an operation cabinet. The base serves as the foundation, supporting other components and elevating the machine to facilitate the clearing of wood chips. The platform holds the stack of timber, which is secured by the hydraulic clamping system to prevent shifting during operation. Saw heads equipped with 800mm-diameter blades are positioned on both sides of the platform; once the timber is clamped and the distance between the saw heads is adjusted, a chain drive moves the platform to cut the stack. After the cut is completed, the platform returns to the starting point, thereby finishing the trimming process for the entire stack and enhancing operational efficiency.

Remark: The size in the table are reference size, the machine size may need to be redesigned to customer’s need.
